Transition to New EMR System: MYLE
We are excited to announce that Healthway Medical Clinic is
transitioning to a new Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system: MYLE
EMR by Medfar Clinical Solutions. This new system is designed to
improve how we deliver care and enhance patient experience. However,
this means we will be retiring our current EMR program on March 20,
2024. To ensure continuity of care, all patients must register with
the new MYLE patient portal.
Important Dates and Actions:

The current online appointment booking site will be deactivated on
March 20, 2024.

To help manage the EMR transition, our appointment availability will
be greatly reduced between March 18 – 27, 2024.

From March 21 to March 27, 2024, we will be transitioning to MYLE
EMR. Please note: There will be NO ONLINE BOOKING ACCESS during
these dates.
Registration Process:

Adults over 18: Please register now at
https://hmc.portal.medfarsolutions.com. After March 20, registration will be required to book
appointments online.

For children under 18: Once an adult is registered, we will link the
child’s records to the parent's account. In the interim, book an
appointment for a registered parent and indicate if it's for your
child.
During the Transition:

For urgent appointment needs between March 18 and 27, please call
the clinic at 604-260-4785.
- Our phone lines will be closed on March 19 after 12.30pm.

Our appointment availability will be reduced between March 18 – 27
as our staff gets trained on MYLE.

For non-urgent needs, consider scheduling appointments before March
18 or after March 27.

The MYLE Patient Portal offers features like appointment booking,
secure messaging, document uploading, and access to parts of your
health records.

We encourage you to open your MYLE account as soon as possible,
especially for those with dependents.
